#3 - The first knitting pattern!

I've just uploaded this to ravelry and as I haven't yet bothered to learn how to make a downloadable pdf for this, i'm writing it here instead :]


Ingredients

9mm circular needles
super chunky yarn or 4 strands DK
weaving needle/yarn needle

Method

Cast on 41 stitches, knit 30 rows stockinette then 10 rows seed stitch.
Bind off loosely, turn inside out and weave in ends. TADA! Finito :]
Instant gratification guaranteed.

    you forgot to put american size of needle for 9mm (it's size 13), and you didn't specify the finished size. what if I have a sturdy gaming laptop instead of a macbook?

    Thank you very much for sharing this pattern. A Macbook's measurements are 13x9, Heather. The gauge for super bulky is 9 stitches for a 4x4" block. All you need to do is look it up.
    I think I'll figure out the measurements for my Nook!

    Love this pattern. I am a huge fan of both seed stitch and circular knitting. Thanks for making this pattern for us to use. I just got a Toshiba Thrive for Christmas and am going to show off my super cute button on the front of it..Hugs...
